16.2 Any teacher who believes he or she has a claim under this agreement must, within 20 days of school from the date of the complaint that followed the complaint, make a written statement on the nature of that complaint, the articles of that agreement, which were allegedly violated, and the remedy to the chairman of the Local 11 Teachers` Welfare Commission and a copy of the statement made to the Assistant Superintendent Business Services. The Assistant Superintendent Business Services informs the teacher and the chair of the Local 11 Teacher Protection Committee in writing of the employer`s decision within 15 school days of filing the complaint. 11.2.2 Subject to the conditions of insurance policies for social insurance agencies, teachers on maternity, adoption or parental leave may, through the employer, arrange to pay 100% of the benefit premiums provided under the collective agreement for up to 12 months. 2.5.1 Notwithstanding Article 130 of the Labour Code, a collective agreement that came into force between the parties at the time of notification of the notice of contract applies in the event of notification of a notice of opening, despite possible notice in the collective agreement to (a) operating days (including the teachers` agreement) (b) instruction, including before and after teaching, transitional period between classes, breaks and lunch breaks (d) Interviews and parent teacher meetings e) Employer-school-oriented professional development, teacher professional development time and targeted travel at point 8.2.3 (f) Staff meetings g) Time allocated before and at the end of the school day h) other activities declared by the employer to be able to take place at an appropriate date and place within a reasonable time. An assistant principal, if there is one, is appointed as the successor to the head of school and receives 1/200 of the principal allowance first (1st) and consecutive school days for such a current designation. The main assistant of the allowance will be on sale during this period. With the agreement of the teachers, the employer grants the joint task for a guaranteed period of one school year. Before April 30, during the school year of the joint task, participating teachers must inform the employer that they wish to return to their previous status or request the continuation of the joint task.
