The Parties shall indenivide and jointly and severally the State/Tribe _ ______ and the Commission and each of its members, Representatives and staff members, in their individual, personal and representative capacity, shall be free from any claim, action and action brought against the persons referred to in this paragraph under this Agreement and all other related matters, as well as from all expenses, damages, costs and expenses, including legal and attorneys` costs, which the persons and entities referred to in this paragraph may incur as a result of such claims, actions and actions.
